About The Position
Lynco Properties is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor. This role involves managing onsite maintenance staff, handling resident work order needs promptly, and completing repairs correctly. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of A/C units and provide excellent customer service while working well with team members. Additionally, the role requires strong organizational skills to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and contractor work.

Responsibilities
- Have extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of A/C units.
- Promptly handle work order needs of residents
- Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner
- Manage onsite maintenance staff
- Provide excellent customer service
- Works well with other team members
- Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors
