Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

Maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
Maintains safe work environment, hosts safety meetings, ensures safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforces lock-out/tag-out program
Ensures equipment and plant is maintained and operating at company standards
Ensures service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner
Supports mechanics with machine troubleshooting
Other projects or duties as assigned
