This position offers $20.50 per hour, a two-bedroom unit, with the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities, plus benefits! We support you in every aspect of management and provide you with the multimillion-dollar community asset to maintain and preserve. We are responsible for creating an environment for our residents that exemplifies California living at its best. We are also responsible for all aspects of daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and carrying out the asset preservation objectives of ownership. That’s where you come in - to help us accomplish just that! You are the boots on the ground and the one who keeps everything in working order. You nail it!

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in property management.
  • Skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation.
  • Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry.
  • At least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team.
  • Deep commitment to apply your very best in both high-energy and emergency environments.
  • Ability to remain calm in the face of disaster.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Yardi Voyager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team, developing new maintenance techniques and innovations, and working with outside vendors.
  • Fixing mistakes and recognizing the smallest fix makes the biggest difference.
  • Turning a unit like nobody’s business.
  • Performing daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers.
  • Carrying out asset preservation objectives of ownership.
