About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This full-time, 2nd shift position starts at 1:30 PM and offers a salary of $90,000 or above, based on experience and education, plus an annual target bonus. The role involves maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conducting failure and root cause analysis, and ensuring a safe work environment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for equipment and plant maintenance to meet company standards, timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs, and supporting mechanics with troubleshooting. Other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis.
Maintain a safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance, conduct shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program.
Ensure equipment and plant are maintained and operating at company standards.
Ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Support mechanics with machine troubleshooting.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
