About The Position

Red Lion Municipal Authority is looking for a full time Maintenance Supervisor to manage a waste water and sewer system team. This role will include the supervision of operations and maintenance of the team, manage employees and evaluate performance, research and identify training needs and provide overall management support of the department.

Requirements

10 years of related experience managing a team
Ability to operate a mini-excavator, backhoe and various construction equipment
Knowledge of computer programs to include CS Datum, Microsoft Word and Excel
Possession of a valid PA driver’s license
Possession of or acquisition within two (2) years, a PA DEP Water Distribution Certification, Class E, Distribution
Possession of a PA DEP Wastewater Operators Certification E4 for Sewage Collection System Operator
Ability to write technical documents
Ability to read and comprehend reports of engineering proposals, procurement proposals and contract documents, including plans and specifications

Nice To Haves

CDL Class B or higher is desirable
Industry experience in waste water or sewer management would be extremely beneficial
