About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Countryside Townhomes in Kentwood, Michigan. The role oversees a team of Maintenance Technicians and helps ensure the apartment community is well maintained and residents receive superior customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating timely work-order completion, working with vendors, ordering supplies, managing apartment turns and service requests, and overseeing the community’s overall maintenance. The position participates in an emergency on-call rotation.

Requirements

• HVAC knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Background in plumbing, electrical work, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills.
• Experience with apartment turns.
• Ability to contact and negotiate with vendors.
• Knowledge of residential repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and related equipment.
• Organizational skills.
• Availability for an emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Maintenance Technicians.
