About The Position
The Townhomes at Bridlestone are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations, ensuring systems run efficiently, units turn on time, and the property is maintained to a consistent, high standard. This role involves leading and developing the maintenance team, overseeing work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs. The manager will also be responsible for managing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances), controlling maintenance expenses through vendor management, inventory oversight, and budget alignment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspections, and emergency response readiness. This is a position for an individual who sets high standards for execution, holds their team accountable, and takes full ownership of maintenance operations and outcomes.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance leadership.
