The Maintenance Supervisor performs light construction work and custodial functions, where after-hours coverage may be required. This role involves carpentry, minor drywall repairs, unit plumbing, light electrical repairs, exterior building maintenance, appliance repair, and custodial work to ensure units are ready for move-in. The supervisor is also responsible for assigning and reviewing work of maintenance technicians, training new employees, adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, estimating repair costs and budgets, maintaining inventory, and upholding professionalism and confidentiality with coworkers and residents. Other duties as assigned.
