About The Position
Seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor 10 – 12 Maintenance Technicians. This will be a highly visible role and will be responsible for many new projects for facility expansions and equipment placement and upgrades.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Experience in Supervisor groups of maintenance techs or other related skill sets
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor
- Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of various fabrication and CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment
- Work with creating and standardizing preventative maintenance schedules
- Analyze troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
- Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling
- Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
- Working with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure
