The Maintenance Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises all maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, grounds maintenance, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a senior living environment. You will play a vital role in empowering the maintenance team while protecting the physical space that supports quality care for the residents. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience or technical training
Ability to lead others effectively, respectfully, and with integrity
Working knowledge of standard computer applications
Strong customer service skills and professionalism

Responsibilities

Monitor building systems and ensure safety compliance
Implement and oversee the preventative maintenance schedules
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility with the annual operating budget
Promptly respond to urgent maintenance needs
Monitor the work order request system
Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and orientation process for new employees
Provide proper training, coaching and supervision to employees
Promptly address employee disciplinary action
Implement staffing schedules and work assignments
