About The Position
Lynco Properties is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and trustworthy candidate to fill the position of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for properties in the Tulsa area. This role involves leading maintenance technicians and ensuring properties are maintained in excellent condition.

- Painting
- Appliance Repair
- and/or other tasks related to maintaining the communities in excellent condition.
Responsibilities
- Have extensive knowledge on the ins and outs of A/C units.
- Promptly handle work order needs of residents.
- Complete repairs in a consistent and correct manner.
- Manage onsite maintenance staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work well with other team members.
- Be well organized to coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and work by contractors.
