About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent with a can-do attitude to join their team. This role is responsible for creating exceptional living experiences in a 96-unit residential community. The company's mission is to ensure residents live in a quality apartment community they can be proud of by delivering optimal customer service and creating a safe and inviting home.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum four (4+) years in maintenance or related field.
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license.
Current CPO (Certified Pool Operator) License required for properties with pools.
Knowledge of various maintenance areas.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid Drivers License.
Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes.

Nice To Haves

Trade/technical school or related courses preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license Preferred
Live on Exempt unit (Rent free)
On Call required

Responsibilities

Maintain curb appeal and general cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
Execute daily repair and upkeep tasks.
Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
Manage service requests with responsive, efficient, and courteous customer service.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.
Adhere to all federal, state, local, and regional laws, and regulations.
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory.
Report property-related incidents and maintain professionalism.
