Join CDD — a Kansas City nonprofit with over 50 years of service — as a Maintenance Technician, ensuring our 30+ homes, duplexes, vehicles, and office buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for the individuals and staff who rely on them every day. Your work directly supports the safety and comfort of individuals with developmental disabilities — every repair you complete helps someone live with dignity and independence. You will enjoy predictable weekday hours with a rotating on-call schedule shared within the team. No two days are the same — from carpentry and painting to electrical, plumbing, and vehicle checks, you’ll use a wide range of skills. Work alongside a collaborative facilities team and leadership that values reliability, communication, and problem-solving. This is a full-time position with benefits, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities to expand your maintenance skill set.
