About The Position

The Maintenance Staff position involves a variety of duties focused on ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role requires regular inspections, performing necessary repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting with installations. Requirements

• Ability to inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues or potential hazards.
• Proficiency in performing repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and machinery.
• Experience in conducting scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Skills in installing or replacing equipment, appliances, and building components.
• Capability to maintain records of work performed, including maintenance logs, shift reports, and work orders.
• Knowledge of local and state building codes and company safety regulations.
• Ability to work with contractors, vendors, and other maintenance staff.
