About The Position

The Maintenance Specialist works at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, helping maintain attractive, well-kept workspaces across the company’s facilities. The role performs building and furniture repairs, maintains paint supplies, coordinates roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors, and installs interior artwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: painting, wood finishing, commercial office furniture (modular and/or case goods), or floor and tile installation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience using hand tools, power tools, and paint equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, including wood touch-up, drywall patching, painting, door repairs, furniture repairs, and lock maintenance.
• Conduct and maintain paint supply inventories across assigned buildings.
• Coordinate roof inspections and leak repairs with vendors.
• Install interior artwork.
