About The Position

The Maintenance Specialist supports the upkeep and maintenance of CenterPointe’s Campus For Hope facility in Omaha. The role requires a diverse range of skills and the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver quality results across varied projects. Work includes general maintenance and upkeep of facilities and housing units, grounds maintenance such as snow removal and mowing, and cleaning and maintaining property cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and/or custodial positions.
• Valid driver's license and a clean DMV record for the last 7 years.
• At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and upkeep for facilities and housing units.
• Perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal and mowing.
• Clean and maintain the cleanliness of properties.
