About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of parts and maintenance materials for the Industrial Maintenance department. Key duties include ordering parts, managing vendor contacts, receiving and maintaining inventory, and performing related administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business.
  • 5 years of prior experience in an industrial parts room environment with parts purchasing experience.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and statistical data analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager)

Responsibilities

  • Ordering parts and maintenance materials as needed.
  • Procuring parts through vendor contacts.
  • Receiving items/parts into the parts room.
  • Maintaining inventory in the parts room.
  • Releasing/issuing items/parts and tools from the parts room.
  • Performing administrative tasks related to parts room inventory management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
