About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the parts room in an industrial maintenance setting. Key duties include ordering, receiving, issuing, and maintaining inventory of parts and materials. The position also involves administrative tasks related to inventory management and other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Current Industrial Maintenance associate
• Associate's degree in Business
• 3 years of prior experience in an industrial parts room environment or inventory-related experience
• Knowledge of the operation of a parts room in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and statistical data analysis

Responsibilities

• Ordering parts and maintenance materials in emergencies or as needed
• Receiving items/parts into the parts room
• Releasing/issuing items/parts and tools from the parts room
• Maintaining the items/parts inventory in the parts room
• Performing administrative tasks related to parts room inventory management
• Other duties as assigned
