Maintenance Planner - Barceloneta
About The Position
Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry, serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies across the United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America. The Maintenance Planner plans and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, manages related resources and documentation, maintains accurate CMMS records, and supports compliance with regulatory requirements. The role works in a manufacturing or industrial setting and interacts frequently with maintenance teams, contractors, and supervisors while working throughout the facility in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments.
- At least 5 years of maintenance or facilities experience within a regulated industry.
- Experience working with CMMS systems.
- Strong maintenance planning and scheduling experience.
- Proficiency with CMMS, resource planning, OSHA standards, and cGMP requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
Responsibilities
