Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED-equivalent
  • 3 years’ minimum experience in maintenance activities within a heavy manufacturing environment needed
  • In-depth experience with an ERP system
  • Working knowledge of SAP-PM and FMEA
  • Working knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
  • In depth experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Ability to communicate technically and effectively a variety of internal and external departments. (Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, External Service Providers, etc…)

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Engineering-related programs or combined equivalent of education and experience
  • Experience in purchase requisition creation and tracking
  • Experience in goods receipting/invoicing activities
  • Experience in materials management
  • Business economics and six sigma knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrates strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
  • Adapts approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations

Responsibilities

  • Supports planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Work closely with supporting departments and external service groups to ensure all pre-requistes for job execution are met (materials, PO’s for services, etc..)
  • Ensure all purchase orders associated with planned work are goods receipted on time
  • Work with accounts payable, suppliers, and procurement to ensure invoice discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
