MAINTENANCE PERSON
About The Position
As a Maintenance Person, you will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the hotel property. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for guests and team members. The role includes hands-on work in guest rooms and public areas, responding promptly to guest maintenance requests, assisting with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work, and supporting the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties. You will also keep tools, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized and follow safety and hotel maintenance standards.
Requirements
- General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
- Flexibility to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Previous maintenance or building repair experience.
