About The Position
Regency Management Inc. in Beaverton, OR is hiring a full-time Maintenance Operations - Systems Manager to help transform and modernize our Maintenance Department from the ground up. This role is for a professional who loves improving processes, building systems, and turning big ideas into scalable operations, offering an opportunity to make a lasting impact. The position involves working alongside executive leadership to develop SOPs, create training materials, optimize AppFolio billing processes, analyze performance data, and eliminate operational bottlenecks. The goal is to guide departmental growth, improve accountability, support maintenance leaders, and implement scalable solutions that increase profitability and streamline operations, directly shaping the department's current function and future growth.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Current automobile liability insurance
- Self-motivated, efficient, and capable of following instructions
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to master company software platforms (AppFolio)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical writing and workflow documentation
- Proficient reading, writing, basic arithmetic, analytical, and data-formatting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and office productivity software suites
- Equivalent practical experience in process documentation, systems administration, or trade management
- Cell phone and technology capable of running company communication applications (GoTo)
- Ability to travel locally
