About The Position

We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and handling various facility repairs. The position is located in Garden Grove.

Requirements

5+ years of maintenance experience as a maintenance mechanic/technician.
Proficiency in PMs on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools & production machines.
Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
Basic electrical knowledge: fixtures, switches, voltage checks.
Plumbing skills: unclog drains, repair toilets/sinks, reroute lines.
Fabrication & part repair skills.
Experience with hoists/cranes/tools.
Facility repair experience: drywall, painting, dock doors, cubicle setup.
Experience with PMs on HVAC, compressed air, exhaust fans, fire suppression.
Forklift/boom lift operation readiness.
Comfortable working at heights.
Experience with ERP/scan gun & inventory.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass drug and background checks.
Prolonged periods of standing entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Ability to bend and twist throughout entire shift.
Must wear hearing and/or eye protection.

Roll mill experience.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on motors, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
Conduct mechanical troubleshooting using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Perform basic electrical tasks including working with fixtures, switches, and voltage checks.
Handle plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, repairing toilets/sinks, and rerouting lines.
Perform fabrication and part repairs.
Operate hoists, cranes, and other tools.
Carry out facility repairs including drywall, painting, dock doors, and cubicle setup.
Perform PMs on HVAC systems, compressed air systems, exhaust fans, and fire suppression systems.
Operate forklifts and boom lifts.
Work at heights.
Utilize ERP/scan gun for inventory management.
