In this role, you are responsible for maintaining the outside resort grounds. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Requirements

Valid driver's license to drive company vehicles
Resume Required

Nice To Haves

Experience with exterior plant maintenance/ vehicle maintenance preferred.
Trade school and/or related field certificates are helpful but not required.
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and routine service on company vehicles and equipment.
Trimming grass, trees, shrubs, removal, and planting of all types of plants.
Snow removal and maintain and perform minor repairs to grounds maintenance equipment.
Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
