Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to maximize uptime.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.
Diagnose equipment failures and identify long-term solutions to prevent repeat issues.
Weld and fabricate components to support equipment repairs and plant improvements.
Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment systems, including DAF operations.
Inspect production equipment to ensure safe operation, food safety compliance, and product quality.
Read and complete maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, inspection logs, and service documentation.
Respond quickly to production equipment issues with a strong sense of urgency.
Partner with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
Mentor and train Level I and Level II Maintenance Technicians.
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
Perform work safely while following all company safety, food safety, and quality standards.
