Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various types of machinery and equipment, including industrial machines, production equipment, HVAC systems, and more.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify the root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components, such as motors, pumps, bearings, belts, gears, sensors, and wiring.
  • Utilize welding and fabrication skills to repair or modify equipment as needed.
  • Calibrate and test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced maintenance staff.
