About The Position

A Maintenance Mechanic III is a skilled worker specializing in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment across various industries. This role requires a higher level of experience to handle complex tasks and ensure operational efficiency. The position involves conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including industrial machines, production equipment, and HVAC systems. A key aspect of this role is diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to find root causes and implement effective solutions. The mechanic will perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components such as motors, pumps, bearings, belts, gears, sensors, and wiring. Welding and fabrication skills are utilized for equipment repair and modification. Calibration and testing of equipment to meet quality and safety standards are also essential. The role includes maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, adhering strictly to safety protocols, and providing guidance and training to less experienced maintenance staff. Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various types of machinery and equipment, including industrial machines, production equipment, HVAC systems, and more.
