The Maintenance Manager is accountable for leading the site's maintenance function to ensure all plant assets are safe, reliable, and capable of consistently meeting operational and business requirements. This role is responsible for maximizing asset reliability and plant performance through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of maintenance strategies and practices. The Maintenance Manager leads, develops, and manages the maintenance team, ensuring employees possess the skills, qualifications, and capabilities required to support current and future business needs. The role fosters a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning while ensuring resources are effectively utilized to achieve maintenance objectives. This position is accountable for ensuring the highest standards of human and product safety by maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements and by embedding safe work practices throughout all maintenance activities. The Maintenance Manager champions a culture of continuous improvement across all facets of the maintenance function, driving improvements in equipment reliability, maintenance processes, cost effectiveness, and operational performance while minimizing downtime and supporting the achievement of the site's production and business goals.
