Maintenance Manager-Revere at Spring Hill
About The Position
The Maintenance Manager oversees facility maintenance for the entire apartment community. This is a working supervisory role that includes a wide variety of preventive maintenance and repair responsibilities. Rotating on-call shifts are required. Gross Residential is a development, construction, and property management firm with approximately 350 employees and more than 40 locations across Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The company develops projects and oversees construction of apartments, townhouses, and condominiums, and maintains ownership of and manages apartment communities.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Direct experience in residential facility maintenance.
- Strong supervision, troubleshooting, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Effectively delegate assignments.
- Establish and adjust work procedures to meet schedules.
- Implement changes to increase productivity.
- Mentor new and current maintenance staff.
- Inspect the quality of completed work.
- Manage inventory control and requisitions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work.
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts.
