This role also involves ensuring associate compliance with state and federal regulations related to maintenance operations, including OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, and DOT. The position requires managing financial aspects, monitoring expenses and capital expenditures against budget, tracking asset utilization, and analyzing business reports. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of belonging, and ensuring associates feel supported and have opportunities to thrive. This includes attracting and retaining talent, empowering and developing individuals, and recognizing contributions.
