Maintenance Lead

Now, we’re looking for a Lead Maintenance to help us share our story and connect with residents, prospects, and partners in a way that’s authentic, engaging, and uniquely Ambo. The Lead Maintenance will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our residential buildings. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid EPA Certification (required)
- Valid HVAC Certification (required)
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Install and repair HVAC systems in residential units.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate service records.
- Additional General Maintenance Repairs (as needed)- Carpentry, painting, trash outs etc.
