About The Position

The Maintenance Lead supports safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations by coordinating daily production activities and leading team members. The role monitors equipment and production processes, addresses issues to minimize downtime, assists with scheduling and task assignments, and helps ensure production goals are achieved. It also includes conducting inspections and maintaining accurate operational and safety records.

The position operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Employment is contingent on a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require ongoing FMCSA-regulated drug and alcohol testing.
