The Maintenance Lead will leverage their expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans, providing guidance on best practices. The role also includes maintaining facility grounds and equipment, ensuring the working order and availability of equipment, tools, and supplies. Responsibilities extend to maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical failures of manufacturing machines and other equipment, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and responding to customer requests. Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are key aspects of the job. The role involves conducting risk assessments to ensure proper business controls and executing programs to ensure the safety of associates, equipment, and property. Safety instruction will be provided to associates, ensuring they follow company policies, wear personal protective equipment, and use equipment and products correctly. The Maintenance Lead will demonstrate up-to-date expertise, apply it to action plans, and provide expert advice to others. They will build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, and implement business solutions. This includes monitoring progress, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to changes.
