Maintenance Lead II - Senior Living
About The Position
Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Maintenance Lead to help maintain its senior living campus and ensure residents have a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to live. The role performs campus maintenance and repairs, completes work orders and preventive maintenance, supports renovation and improvement projects, and helps coordinate department activities while providing leadership. The position also supports seasonal work such as snow removal and grounds maintenance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with an evening and weekend on-call rotation as scheduled.
Requirements
- Three or more years of maintenance experience.
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work.
- Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day maintenance throughout the campus.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Assist with renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements.
- Support seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.
- Help coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
