About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance/Janitor Attendant to keep our busy parking garages clean and functional.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous janitorial or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain parking garage areas, including floors and restrooms.
- Remove debris and ensure safety.
- Conduct inspections and report maintenance needs.
