About The Position
JCM Living is seeking a skilled, pride-driven Maintenance and HVAC Technician to help maintain its residential community and support residents' comfort, safety, and peace of mind. The position involves troubleshooting and repairing apartment and community systems, maintaining and improving community spaces, and helping keep infrastructure operating reliably. The technician will work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors and support preventative maintenance, snow removal, and rotating after-hours emergency calls.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to community maintenance requests and diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
- Perform carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry, and painting work to refresh and improve community spaces.
- Collaborate on a supervisor-led preventative maintenance program to protect infrastructure and help prevent system failures.
- Work with external contractors and internal teams.
- Safely and professionally operate company vehicles, including trucks, quads, and golf carts.
- Assist with snow removal during winter weather.
- Provide support during rotating after-hours emergency calls.
