Responsibilities also include rebuilding and assisting with the installation of new equipment, as well as general maintenance throughout the facility. The job requires manual tasks such as greasing, changing oil, and cleaning equipment, as well as monitoring equipment and computer boards. Troubleshooting mechanical problems using schematics and blueprints is a key aspect of the role. The position may require working other shifts when necessary and adherence to safety rules like Lockout/Tagout and OSHA standards. Collaboration with other maintenance personnel is essential for information exchange. The role also involves working with fragile devices requiring precise attention and performing other duties as requested by the supervisor.
