Monitors equipment during production and makes necessary repairs or adjustments. Documents any corrections required. Performs preventive maintenance on weekends. Rebuilds equipment as required. Assists with installation of new equipment and maintenance throughout the entire facility. Manually greases, oils, and cleans various plant equipment. Monitors equipment and computer boards. Troubleshoots mechanical problems using detailed schematics and blueprints. Willing to work other shifts when necessary. Must understand and agree to follow Safety Rules (e.g., Lockout/Tagout) and comply with OSHA standards. Requires close collaboration with other maintenance personnel to exchange job-related information. Must be able to work with fragile devices requiring precise attention. Performs other duties as requested by the supervisor. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
