About The Position
The Maintenance Foreman coordinates and assists hands-on with technical maintenance activities performed by employees. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building equipment and systems, including electrical and electronic control systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and related pipe systems, as well as carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
- Technical knowledge of painting, carpentry, layout work, and tool utilization.
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sprinkler systems.
- EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist hands-on with technical maintenance activities.
- Monitor, maintain, and repair building equipment and systems.
- Oversee or perform maintenance involving electrical and electronic control systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and related pipe systems, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.
