About The Position

Acts is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to coordinate and assist hands-on with technical maintenance activities performed by employees. The role monitors, maintains, and repairs building equipment and systems, including electrical and electronic control systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and related pipe systems, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Technical knowledge of painting, carpentry, layout work, and tool utilization.
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sprinkler systems.
• EPA Certification for HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license, which must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist hands-on with employees’ technical maintenance activities.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair building equipment and systems, including electrical and electronic controls, HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and related pipe systems, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.
