About The Position

Tri Scapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to oversee landscape maintenance operations in the Alpharetta, Georgia area. This working leader guides field crews in the daily maintenance, landscaping, and general upkeep of commercial properties and facility grounds. The role calls for strong field leadership, pride in maintaining public spaces, and attention to safety and quality standards. The foreman leads crew operations across multiple locations, oversees athletic field preparation and routine grounds-care tasks, inspects completed work, communicates with customers and contacts, and manages company vehicles and specialized equipment. The position also includes training and developing crew members and fostering a consistent, respectful, professional team culture.

Requirements

At least 3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
At least 2 years of experience managing multiple crews across job sites.
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily crew operations for landscape maintenance, grounds care, and facility upkeep across multiple locations.
Oversee athletic field preparation, mowing, edging, weed control, and debris removal.
Ensure crew members use personal protective equipment properly and operate machinery safely.
Inspect completed work to maintain the required aesthetic standards for Johns Creek public spaces.
Serve as a primary field contact and communicate professionally with customers and contacts.
Manage, inventory, and ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles, commercial mowers, trimmers, and other specialized equipment.
Train and develop crew members while promoting consistency, mutual respect, and professional excellence.
