About The Position

As a Landscape Foreman at Lawn's Unlimited, you will maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, ensuring landscapes are healthy, visually appealing, and environmentally sustainable. You will apply your expertise to preserve and improve client properties while delivering exceptional service. Typical work includes lawn aeration, fertilization, pest control, landscape maintenance, debris removal, equipment operation, communication with clients and coworkers, and following safety protocols.

This is an outdoor, physically demanding role involving frequent standing, kneeling, walking, pulling, reaching, stooping, and bending. Work may take place on uneven turf, in all weather conditions, and around mechanical and electrical hazards. The role requires repeatedly lifting at least 50 lbs. throughout a shift and working flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and turf care.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
• Horticulture/Arboriculture Trade Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn aeration, fertilization, and pest control services.
• Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds.
• Remove debris and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Operate hand tools, small and large equipment, skid steers, and loaders.
• Communicate with clients and coworkers to ensure project needs are met.
