About The Position

Peak Landscape, Inc. is hiring an Enhancements Foreman in Milton, WA. The foreman plans and coordinates landscape enhancement projects, leads and trains landscape technicians and laborers, and ensures work is completed efficiently, safely, and to client expectations. The role includes assessing sites and recommending improvements, overseeing planting and hardscape installation, managing irrigation work, monitoring project budgets and resources, conducting quality inspections, and enforcing safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial landscape management and enhancement projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team.
• Knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape design principles.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and hardscape installation techniques.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail in project planning and execution.
• Leadership ability to motivate team members and delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and schedules for landscape enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and team members to meet project goals.
• Lead, direct, guide, and train landscape technicians and laborers.
• Assess landscape conditions and recommend improvements based on client needs and budget constraints.
• Oversee the installation of plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features, ensuring proper techniques and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage irrigation system installation and maintenance, and troubleshoot and repair irrigation issues.
• Assist with project budget development and monitor expenses and resource use.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations; conduct inspections and address issues.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
