The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing the hotel’s mechanical and electrical systems and managing preventive maintenance schedules. Requirements
- Two to five years of experience preferred in hotel, resort, commercial, or institutional maintenance.
- Skills in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
- Light carpentry skills and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
- Meet the minimum age requirements of the jurisdiction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Read, write, and understand English.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in pool operation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Background in preventive maintenance.
