About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Director to join their team at Timbercreek Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. This role involves supervising and coordinating the maintenance department to ensure the facility is compliant with all regulations and codes, maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition, and free from hazards. The position also includes responsibility for providing quality laundry services.

Requirements

Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required.
Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance department.
Ensuring environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes.
Ensuring the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
Ensuring the community is in good repair and free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
Providing quality laundry service.
