About The Position

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Director for its Northlake House assisted living community in Charlotte. The role is responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of the community and keeping buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. The position involves a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, HVAC installations, and landscaping, and requires working autonomously and responsibly while observing health and safety guidelines. This is a full-time opportunity. Northlake House has partnered with Tapcheck, a mobile app that allows team members to access earned wages instantly.

Requirements

Prefer two years of related maintenance experience.
Some formal training in one or more of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing, or cleaning.
Ability to problem-solve, plan, organize, communicate, and cooperate with others.
Valid state driver’s license and/or CDL, based on property requirements and state laws.
Ability to safely drive and operate a van or larger vehicle.
Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism.
Willingness to seek out new methods and incorporate them into existing maintenance practices.
Ability to effectively follow written and oral instructions.

Nice To Haves
