About The Position

McDonald’s independently owned and operated restaurants are staffed by hardworking people, and we are currently looking for a dependable Maintenance/Custodian Team Member to join us. If you take pride in keeping facilities clean, organized, and operating properly, we would like to meet you. The Maintenance/Custodian Team Member assists restaurant management in maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working condition. The restaurant will provide the tools and training needed to succeed. This McDonald’s restaurant is locally family owned and operated. Responsibilities

• Filtering fryer oil daily
• Maintaining the restaurant’s exterior grounds
• Cleaning restaurant equipment
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows
• Cleaning stockrooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery trucks approximately twice per week
• Removing trash and emptying the trash compactor
• Replacing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC and exhaust units
• Removing debris from the roof
• Completing routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
• Reporting equipment or facility concerns to restaurant management
• Following workplace safety and food safety procedures
