The SP+ Facility Maintenance team offers a suite of innovative and environmentally compliant facility maintenance solutions for property managers. From cleaning, painting, and general repair to daily and seasonal services, we use our environmentally compliant processes to create customized maintenance services hassle-free. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator, who will be responsible for the efficient scheduling, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities. This role ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. The Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing downtime by effectively managing maintenance tasks and resources.
