The role involves tasks such as fueling, replacement, and cleaning (including strainer and mud separator cleaning for HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling towers). It also includes facility maintenance work such as piping, electrical, and door maintenance. The position requires taking appropriate measures in case of any malfunction or damage to the facilities. The S1 level is expected to perform routine tasks after short-term training and work under direct supervision.
