About The Position
Belle Haven Country Club located in Alexandria Virginia has excellent opportunities for a full-time maintenance technician. Must be fully knowledgeable in plumbing, electric, HVAC, appliances, lighting and life safety equipment. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. - Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining Club, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
- Replace air conditioner filters.
- Tend to boilers, air conditioner, to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for members.
- Maintain standards of quality member service.
- Tend to pool area including chemical balancing, cleaning, etc.
- Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules
- Promptly respond to and resolve work order requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
